Q: What trim sizes can you manufacture?
A: We can manufacture books from 4.25_ x 6.75_ to 8.375 x 10.75.

Q: What is your minimum quantity?
A: 20 books.

Q: What is the minimum and maximum number of pages that be manufactured?

A: Our minimum page count is 24 and our maximum page count is 900.

Q: What text stocks are available?
A: We offer 50#, 60# and 70# stocks in white and 50# and 60# stocks in natural. Other stocks can be evaluated and quoted upon request.

Q: What cover stocks are available?
A: We offer 10 point coated one side white cover stock and 67# (or equivalent) uncoated cover stock in a variety of colors.

Q: What cover coating finishes are offered?
A: We offer gloss and matte film laminate. The laminate we use is a lay-flat nylon laminate.

Q: What binding styles are offered?
A: We offer perfect binding, twin wire binding, plastic comb binding and hard cover.

Q: Do you offer 4-color cover and text printing?
A: Yes

Q: Can I get a PMS color printed on the cover?
A: Yes, it will be a CMYK match of the PMS color.

Q: Can you bind in CD sleeves or insert reader cards?
A: Yes

Q: Can you scan an existing book?
A: Yes, we can scan from copy or an existing book. There is an additional charge. Please note that in order to scan from an existing book we must cut the pages from the book.

Q: What shipping methods do you use?
A: We ship via UPS ground. We can use other carriers if requested. All shipping charges are billed at cost.

Q: What is your normal turnaround time?
A: 7 to 10 working days. Add 3 days if a proof is required. Turnaround time does not include shipping transit time.

Q: What file format do you accept and how can I supply the files to you?
A: We prefer PDF for text and cover (we can supply spine width). The files can be uploaded to our FTP web site at www.dgraphics.com. If files other than PDF are supplied we strongly recommend that the customer review a proof of text and cover prior to printing.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We accept Visa and MasterCard, money orders, cashiers checks and personal checks. Note: personal checks must clear before shipping.

A: Payment is required before shipment.
